Software limitations
While we test thoroughly, software can have bugs. Always double-check redacted files before sharing. Run text search, selection tests, and human review. Complex PDFs (forms, portfolios, embedded files) may need additional steps we do not automate.
Data processing
Redaction apply sends your PDF over HTTPS to our secure processing service. We do not store PDFs after the response. Marketing on other pages may describe "browser" workflows — the apply step always uses this transient server processing unless you use an offline build we publish separately.
